Newleaf should have their contractor license revoked by the state. Perhaps a class action lawsuit would help resolve the issues. Threatening Newleaf with legal action does not seem to cause any motivation to fix the issues.
System was installed a few weeks ago and works very well. Water Home Solutions is Great, Just not the installer. We use intelligent software that helps us maintain the integrity of reviews.

Was not asked prior to installing the walls if the material was the correct a ordered hence, the ceiling was actually supposed to match the walls. Save your time and money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The installer John was very detail oriented and made our installation perfect. He is a great asset to their company and I am glad that he took the time to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. I have been in my house since June 2021 and it's impossible to get anyone to fix imperfections and issues after move in.

He went the extra mile to insure our satisfaction with his work. I am very disappointed with this stair lift. The lift was designed by their team to land on the upper stair with very little room for a walker to navigate by the stairway. The lift had plenty of room for it to come up on the landing and nest around the corner leaving room for walkers to navigate the stairs.
He always asked me for my input on how he wanted me to have things installed. I would definitely recommend this company to other homeowners. I have cracked cabinets, uneven paint throughout the house, missing door swept, and many other things. The crappy wood fence with over 20 cracked boards. Don't waste your time calling or talking to the on site supervisor.
